N K Sports - a message about uniform

As a company, we have been carefully following government guidelines and as of today, we still remain closed across the whole business. We have a plan in place for our reopening of the business, but as you can appreciate, there are some changes to allow for the safety of our staff. The main change is that our Worle retail shop will remain closed throughout the back to school period; we feel that the spike in customers during July and August would be too many people to comply with social distance guidelines as set by our government. We haven’t taken this decision lightly but the health of our staff and customers is paramount. 

We have today reopened our website https://www.nkgroupuk.com/ on an information basis only, so that parents can see prices and uniform available, allowing them to plan and build baskets to suit their budgets. We plan to reopen the website in full from early July, giving parents plenty of time to purchase uniform through the usual back to school period. 

We are currently looking at a number of improvements to our website in particular delivery options to make the online buying process easier and more convenient. We have introduced ‘Klarna’ https://www.nkgroupuk.com/pages/klarna which allows the customers to buy now and pay in 30 days, which will help parents to spread the cost of uniform where applicable. We plan to use our retail shop and Weston-super-Mare Football Club shop as click and collect (free service) venues, days and times to be confirmed, allowing customers to choose the most convenient venue to them.
