Kind and caring Louise and Sophie, Year 7 students at Worle Community School Academy, were made students of the week for exceptional character and hard work.
The ambitious academy rewards students across the school regularly for their studies, determination, kindness and other brilliant character traits.
Head of year Rachel Brace said: “Louise and Sophie have made a fantastic start to their school life and produced constant hard work, as well as being extremely kind and polite to students and staff.
“They are worthy winners of this week’s award.”
In the first lockdown, the academy sent out a whopping 2000 ‘well done’ certificates to inspirational hardworking students.
Principal Jacqui Scott said: “Well done to Louise and Sophie who symbolise all this academy stands for – hard work, ambition and kindness.”
The academy has a wonderful caring and high achieving ethos, excellent extracurricular provision including the Jill Dando News Centre and the groundbreaking eco-club.
