“We read to know we are not alone.”

Theatre Trips run as often as we can find a relevant performance that is financially viable for us to visit. In recent years, we have been able to visit Shakespeare’s globe and The Swan Theatre in Stratford upon Avon. However, we strongly believe that the theatre experience should be shared by all students, which is why we annually invite The Young Shakespeare Company into WCSA to perform their version of Romeo and Juliet. Students experience the thrill of Shakespeare ‘ in the round’ at a very small financial cost. It is an experience that is always loved by our students!
